9. Fees & Terms of Payment


  • A deposit of 30% of the agreed amount is required for all services.
  • The remaining 70% is payable within 30 days of completion of the service.
  • No work will commence until the deposit has been received.
  • Payments are to be made by bank transfer to an account with Raiffeisenbank (account details will be provided separately).
  • In exceptional cases (e.g. small projects, start-ups or unpaid productions), payment may be waived. In such cases, a reference may be agreed in lieu of payment.
  • For bookings as a model, actor, voice actor or singer, the terms and conditions of the relevant company, agency or production company apply.



10. Services & Areas of Activity

The services on offer include, in particular:


  • Model bookings
  • Actor
  • Synchronisation
  • Singing
  • Creative product presentation
  • Collaborations with brands

In the case of engagements arranged through agencies or companies, their contractual terms and conditions take precedence.



11. Travel expenses & allowances


  • Travel abroad is possible.
  • Travel and subsistence expenses are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
  • For larger bookings, the client usually covers the costs.
  • For smaller or specialised projects, bespoke solutions can be arranged.
  • In principle, it is possible to come to flexible arrangements together.



12. Creative product presentation


  • The payment terms set out in clause 9 apply.
  • Photos and videos are usually produced unedited and handed over to the client.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the rights of use shall pass to the client.
  • Kyle Ziegler may only use the material himself with the client’s express consent.




13. Rights of use & image rights


  • All content is subject to copyright.
  • Use only within the agreed scope.
  • Disclosure or sale to third parties is prohibited without consent.
  • Edits require approval.
  • In the case of paid projects, the rights of use may be transferred in full to the client.



14. Social media & credits

“Credits” means the clear attribution of:

  • Model (Kyle Ziegler)
  • Photographer (if available)

On social media, this is done using tags.
On websites, it is done by mentioning names.
This obligation applies to all parties involved.



15. TFP / free photo shoots


  • None of the photos or videos may be sold.
  • Use permitted for self-promotion only.
  • Commercial use is permitted only with the consent of all parties involved.
  • Credits (model and photographer) are required.
  • Posts must be correctly tagged (social media: tags / websites: names).
  • Disclosure to third parties (e.g. magazines, platforms) is permitted only with the model’s consent.





16. Partnerships & Advertising

  • Partnerships are generally subject to a fee.
  • Free collaboration is only possible in exceptional cases.
  • In return, a job reference may be agreed.




17. Product deliveries

  • Products can be sent for the purpose of creating content.
  • The content is handed over directly to the client.
  • Publication by Kyle Ziegler is subject to the client’s consent.
  • Payment is made regardless of whether products are dispatched.


  • Products may only be used once they have been approved.





18. Affiliate programmes

  • We do not accept affiliate programmes or commissions.
  • No discount codes or affiliate links.
  • Collaboration is based exclusively on a fixed fee.




19. Partnerships / Co-branding

  • Share of net profit after deduction of all costs.
  • The percentage is determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Use of the name “Kyle Ziegler” without permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.



20. Support / Sponsorship

  • Support is voluntary.
  • No entitlement to consideration.
  • Content available by arrangement only.
  • No affiliate or discount schemes.



21. Liability

  • The client is responsible for the use of the content.
  • No liability for consequential damages.
  • No liability for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. photographs taken by third parties in public spaces).




22. Final provisions

  • Any changes must be made in writing.
  • Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
  • Swiss law applies.
  • The place of jurisdiction is the canton of Thurgau.
  • The Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time.



23. References & Proof of Employment

A written reference can be provided for projects.
This includes:

  • Project description
  • Activity
  • Rating

Use permitted for casting cards, job applications and self-promotion.




24. Cancellation & Withdrawal
The following rules apply to bookings that incur a charge:

  • Up to 72 hours before the appointment: free of charge
  • Less than 72 hours before the appointment: 100% of the agreed fee

The following applies to appointments during school holidays:

  • Up to 7 days before the start of the holiday: free of charge
  • Weniger als 7 Tage vor Ferienbeginn: 100% der Vergütung



For unpaid projects (e.g. in exchange for a reference), the terms and conditions apply on a case-by-case basis or as agreed.



25. Delays & waiting times

  • A waiting time of up to 15 minutes is acceptable.
  • After that, you must be informed of the delay.
  • Die vereinbarte Leistung (z. B. Shootingdauer) wird durch Verspätung nicht automatisch verlängert.
  • Weitere Regelungen werden individuell je nach Projekt vereinbart.


26. Provision of content

  • All photos and videos produced will be made available in full to the client.
  • The file will be sent digitally (e.g. via a download link).
  • The client is responsible for selecting and using the content.
  • Any subsequent changes or additional services may be charged separately.



27. Versand & Produkte

  • The client is responsible for the delivery costs for products sent to Kyle Ziegler.
  • Parcels should be sent to the address provided, but only if they are for support purposes.
  • Parcels should be sent to the address provided, where I will be staying.
  • The handling of products sent to us is subject to individual agreement.



28. Use and publication of content

  • The client may use the content within the agreed scope.
  • Kyle Ziegler will only publish material with the client’s consent.
  • Kyle Ziegler decides for himself whether content (e.g. products, gifts) is displayed publicly.



29. Contracts & Written Form

All agreements must be made in writing.
Acceptable forms are:

  • signed documents (including photographs or scans)
  • digital signatures
  • Verbal agreements are not binding.



30. Protection of image, voice and identity

Images, videos, voice recordings and likenesses of Kyle Ziegler must not:

  • be modified or generated using AI

31. Priority for exclusive bookings

  • For longer-term or exclusive engagements (e.g. campaigns), priority arrangements can be agreed.
  • In such cases, other requests may be postponed or rejected.




32. References & Work History (Supplement)

A reference or confirmation will be issued for every collaboration (including unpaid projects).
This serves as proof of work and can be used for:

  • Setcard
  • Applications
  • Self-promotion can be used.




33. Parcels, gifts & unsolicited items

  • Kyle Ziegler decides for himself whether and how any parcels or gifts he receives are presented.
  • There is no entitlement to publication.
  • A mention may be included, but this is not guaranteed.




34. Merchandise

  • We do not currently offer our own merchandise.
  • Future merchandise projects will be decided upon and implemented exclusively by Kyle Ziegler himself.
  • The use of the name for products by third parties is prohibited without consent.
